We service all makes and models of domestic & commercial boilers, warm air heaters, water heaters, space heaters. Regular servicing is essential with any gas appliance to ensure it is working efficiently and safely. It can also highlight possible defects with the appliance before it breaks down, often saving you valuable time and inconvenience.

 

Your appliance must be serviced regularly to comply with the conditions of most manufacturers’ warranties, extended warranties and breakdown covers. Discounts are available for customers who wish to have multiple appliances serviced on the same visit.

 

We have listed some of the warning signs that indicate your gas appliance needs to be serviced:

  • Your gas appliance is not working properly
  • Your appliance is burning with a lazy yellow or orange flame instead of a crisp blue flame
  • You can see soot or yellow/brown staining around or on gas appliances
  • The pilot light keeps going out
  • There is increased condensation inside windows
  • A strange smell is present when the appliance is on

 

If you notice any of these signs or anything else that is unusual, STOP using your appliance and book an engineer’s visit to check your appliances as soon as possible.

 

To the best of your knowledge, the appliance must be in full working order for us to carry out the service. If your appliance is not working, you should book it in for a repair before having it serviced.

 

It is a necessity that all rented property have an annual Gas Safety Inspection and Certificate issued by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer. Your property will also require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

 

Breakdown cover:

  • Boiler breakdowns are an expensive inconvenience at any time and most repairs happen during the winter months (especially around Christmas).
  • It is hard to foresee when a boiler is going to breakdown and require attention, but if a CER maintenance plan is in place, you will have priority visits over not contracted clients.
  • Unlike most other heating companies, we carry a large selection of spare parts on our vehicles and are able to provide a first fix in the majority of cases, so we can get you up and running again in no time.

    We carry out installations of all sizes and requirements, from upgrading systems to full house heating. All our installations are tailor made to your requirements and a member of our installation team will be happy to meet at a time that is convenient for you. We discuss your needs and go through the many options that are available, answering any questions or concerns you may have before sending detailed estimate via post or email with our recommendations. No verbal estimates are given. Estimates for installations are completely free of charge.
